About Calla

I am very interested in the Director of Spanish Teacher position. I currently work as a tutor for those learning English. I believe my skills and experiences that I have gained from this position make me a perfect candidate for the job. My time as a teacher counselor has given me insight into the human psyche. I am an empathetic and compassionate person. My #1 goal in life is to provide students with the education they deserve. I believe that students will benefit immensely from early on language learning. They deserve to be heard, and that is exacting what I intend on doing. Along with this I am qualified, well educated, and have an incredible work ethic. Teaching Expertise

5 years of experience in teaching. 8 years of experience learning Spanish. Certified to teach English as a second language. 1 year of being a behavioral counselor at a psychiatric hospital. 1 year of Crisis Counselor. 1 year of teaching acting and singing.

- BA in Theatre

- Certified to teach English as a second language

- Teaching college students English at UMBC

- Living in Costa Rice learning Spanish.
