About Olive

As your teacher, I will be intentional about getting to know you and tailoring curriculum to your interests. However, I will also challenge you with a wide range of reading, listening, and viewing materials. I believe that learning a language is more than memorizing vocabulary and grammatical structures (although both are important!) Language acquisition is a rare chance to find new ways to express ourselves and encounter new perspectives. Whether you are studying literature, sharpening your conversation skills, or preparing for a test, I look forward to unfolding the complexities of language with you.
