I have been teaching English in classrooms and online for 15 years, and I love it. I am University of Cambridge CELTA qualified and I have a Postgraduate degree in Applied Linguistics.
About James
When I first meet students I like to get to know them better. It’s important to talk about likes and dislikes and set out learning and teaching expectations. I like to teach in a fun and professional way and get the best out of my students. In my free time I love to travel. I have been to 50 countries and my bucket list keeps growing.
Teaching Expertise
I started my career as an ESL teacher at a language school in Italy. I remained at the school for nearly nine years. I spent a lot of my time teaching conversational and business English, as well as preparing students for University of Cambridge ESL examinations, IELTS and TOFEL. I have adapted to changing times and now enjoying teaching online.
