About Maria

I like to tailor my lessons according to the students' need; every student learns in a different style and at a different pace. I will assess your level and interests and together will make a plan to achieve your expectations. For younger children, I can include props and playful techniques in my sessions to make learning fun. I started tutoring while I was a full time mum, before I was working in big international Companies in presale and customer service. I have a degree in Modern Languages and over 10 years of teaching. I love teaching languages, a foreign language is beneficial not only for communicating but also you will learn the culture and traditions. Learning a foreign language is also good for your brain because improves people's thinking skills and memory abilities.

I am an experienced Italian, French and Spanish Tutor , I have been working in several Primary school successfully for the past 5 years creating a challenging and fun learning environment for students. I have taught Italian privately for the past 20 years. Before teaching I have worked in international fast pace environment offices in the presales and customer office department.
