About Rachel

As an educator, my ultimate goal is to give students the skills to be proficient communicators. It is my personal goal to invest in students by developing critical thinking, communication, and social skills. With these twenty-first century skills, students will have an enhanced ability to have a voice in their communities and to thrive in a complex global society. Because of my passion to give people the language skills to communicate, I concentrated in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Language (TESOL) at Biola University. My educational background prepared through classes such as Materials Evaluation and Preparation, Grammar for English Teachers, and Intercultural Communication for Teachers. My ultimate goal is to help you be successful in an English speaking environment.
