I would like to introduce myself as Teacher Molly. My solid commitment to providing students to excellence education would always be my main goal. I have had opportunities to teach diverse age groups since I started in 2010, thus enhancing my teaching techniques and instructional methods. As a result, I have developed phenomenal communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Furthermore, I have become proficient in developing comprehensive lesson plans, creating stimulating thematic units; and assessing individuals and the class as a whole. I am a certified TESOL teacher and have certification in teaching Phonics in early childhood.
