About Andrew

I approach teaching & learning from a perspective of education through positive and pro-active interaction! I have taught many subjects (listed below), from KS1-4, in mainstream schools, special needs schools & education care departments as well as on a 1:1 basis and in further education,. as I do at present. Such experience also encompasses the mental health aspects of education and the needs of students experiencing learning & emotional difficulties. I am never critical! I will always support learners, mistakes or not, in order to enable them to achieve success in all subjects. Over the last six months, learners for whom a level 3 (GCSE) was predicted last October, found themselves in March 2020, not at a predicted 4, but a 6, even above that!
