I have completed a Vietnamese language teaching certification, an AA in tourism, and a BA in English, and am now studying a multilingual Master of Business Administration (MBA). I also bring thirteen years of international customer service and management experience at BMW (Vietnam) and in Singapore where I translated and interpreted on a daily basis (English /Vietnamese) and the daily joy of speaking both languages fluently with my American husband and communities. I have additionally taught both Vietnamese and English at the university and private commercial level (both in traditional and online formats).
