About Lesley

I am a native, Qualified TEFL teacher from London, UK and I teach adults to become confident English speakers and writers. I meet my students to plan their English lessons to suit their goals and achieve their professional needs. Once we agree the plan of action, I use real life, authentic materials in our lessons to ensure that the student is comfortable and can experience real situations to use their English skills. The lessons are fun and we laugh a lot but we also learn too! If a student has a presentation, a job interview or wants to be more confident when speaking - we work together to learn the vocabulary, work on the pronunciation and practise, practise, practise. Learning English does not stop with the lesson, i give homework to consolidate learning and I give help by email.

I worked for many years in London for a Global property company as a Financial partner. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Business degree and have been the director of a large culturally, diverse team. I am a qualified TEFL teacher and have worked for many platforms teaching adults to develop their language skills and preparing them for job interviews, management meetings, presentations and conversational English. Helping professionals by combining my business and English skills.
