I am a professional with 18 years of working experience with process and project management both in Customer Care Operations and HR Division. After moving to Austria , I spent the last two years taking care of my family and studying German ( B1 certificate in March 2020). I have a Master Science Degree in Political Science (1999 : 110/110 (cum Laude) and a Classical High School Diploma (studied Latin and Ancient Greek).
