I have 8 years in the IT Consultancy field. I have experience to provide Customer service technological support in different foreign languages. Nowdays I support specifically for Brazilian costumers regarding SAP erp. In my immediatly goal I will start to take Scrum Master internal and external course for get the certification. I specialized in Italian language. I was a professor at the beginning of my career for later bring IT translator not just in italian. Also in the company that I work nowadays I'm portuguese trainer. I am an official translator for the government in the city where I was born in Italian and also in Portuguese. As I said at the beginning my first jobs were as a teacher and translator in foreign languages in public and private universities
