As an immigrant in generation 1.5, growing up I have to translate legal documents for my parents, while trying to keep and maintain Vietnamese culture. I been giving private 1 on 1 Vietnamese lessons for over 8 years. I worked as a medical Interpreter with language line for 6 months.
