About Terexa

My name is Terexa Nguyen and my background is in Education and Communication Studies. I received my B.A. in Education at CSU Eastbay in 2012 and an A.A. in Communication Studies in 2015 from Mission College. I have worked with students of varying ages, ranging from preschoolers to college students. My focus is on ESL, Intermediate English, and Vietnamese for those who wish to learn a different language or want to enhance their reading, writing, and speaking skills in the English and Vietnamese language. My preferred teaching style is hands-on and active. I love to make learning a fun and memorable experience for all my students, therefore I like to incorporate music and films into the lessons to help my students get a hold of the language they are learning at a much faster pace.
