Hello everybody! Ciao a tutti! My name is Giulia, I come from Italy and I am really easy-going, not too strict when it comes to grammar rules and all that famously boring part of language learning... My tricks and secrets rely on the fact that I have been a student not so long ago and I know what the struggles might be. My idea is therefore to let you, as my student, know my language (Italian language) and culture step by step and in a very outgoing way. We are going to listen to music, watch some movies, comment on them, and reflects on grammar, of course, but pragmatics of my language too. At least, this is what I did with my former Italian language students in a college in the USA, and I believe my students loved it. And if they didn’t, their results were brilliant!!

Teaching Expertise

I have had some experience as an Italian-language teacher: as you will see from my resume, I have had the opportunity to work in an international environment such as the College the Holy Cross (Massachusetts, USA) during the academic year 2019-2020. Nevertheless, this was not my only experience. In fact, thanks to my interest in travelling and for languages and a lot of scholarships I have gained, when I was a student abroad I used to offer classes to gain some money.
