About Noriko
Hello, my name is Noriko, please call me Noriko-san. I do not like being called as 'Noriko-sensei' as I do not agree with all the connotations and authorities which are attached to the word 'sensei'. I would like to stand on the same level as all the students! I am a Japanese teacher, certified by IIEL, the Institute of International Education in London which is accredited by British Council. I have a Master’s in English from The Open University (UK). With my English skills, complicated grammatical issues can be explained simply in clear English. I am enthusiastic about my students’ progress: I love helping people study Japanese and see them flourish. I find teaching is very rewarding and so I love it! I look forward to hearing from you soon.
