About Pedro

Hello! I'm Magda Dias and I'm a Portuguese (from Portugal) teacher. I've always had a lot of interest in languages and loved to share my culture with foreigners who were interested in learning my culture. That's how I ended up taking teaching Portuguese as a second language and foreign-language as a real job. If you want to learn Portuguese, you need to know that because my classes are conversational I won't be using any language except Portuguese. I wanna make you someone that can communicate with a native Portuguese person and not a Portuguese grammar memorization machine. Aside from the language, you'll also learn about certain aspects of our culture that you might not be aware of. See you soon!

I've been teaching portuguese without getting paid since my 2nd year in university because there were a lot of chinese students learning portuguese so I tried to help them as much as i could.

Pedro's Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in oriental studies: chinese and japanese

- Master's degree in portuguese: second language and foreign language
