About Marina

My name is Marina Carvalho and I consider myself a language enthusiastic. I studied Chinese for four years in University and besides being super challenging, it made me even more interested in language learning. I spent one year in Beijing,China due to my University programe and while I was there, I gave English classes to chinese kids from 7 to 11 years old. It was an incredible experience that got me thinking about not only the translation/interpretation area, but also the teaching one (also to teach Chinese). After finishing my BA, I signed up for a 120 hours TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) Masters Certificate, which I finished in December 2020. I hope you can give me the amazing oportunity of helping you in improving your English level while having loads of fun !
