About Hanlie

When I teach English, I tell students they need to switch off their native language thinking brains and switch on their English thinking brain. I approach my lessons in a very structured way - I like to do an assessment of the students needs and weaknesses first and then suggest a plan of action. I encourage open communication and a curious mind. I specialize in business language, writing and exam classes but limited to IELTS. My goal is to let my student succeed and feel confident in their language acquisition. I always hunt for the best materials and bring my A game to the classroom. I know what kind of things second language speakers struggle with and work with the student to help them improve.
