Does grammar matter? It does. However, it should not stop people from learning English. Many of my students feared of making grammatical errors. When I teach them, I always emphasize that errors are chances to learn English more and it is okay to have errors. I believe that a personalized teaching where the teacher is able to handle the students with care without giving pressure is the definition of a great class. Using humors and everyday examples, which are close to the environment of the students are two characteristics of my class.
