About Jacqueline

Hi, I'm Jacqueline! I graduated with a BA in English Language & Literature, with minors in Chinese & Anthropology from the Honors College at the University of Mississippi. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was selected as the Class Marshal (Top Student) of the College of Liberal Arts. Currently, I teach English as a Second Language online to Chinese students aged 3 to 12 and I have experience as a private English writing tutor for Mandarin-speaking PhD candidates. I met 1-on-1 with these adults biweekly and helped them to proofread their formal research papers. I explained how to correct grammar and syntax errors with an encouraging attitude. And currently, I am a freelance writer. My writing has been published in The Cleveland Review of Books, Burnaway, The Key Reporter and Number: Inc.
