I am an Italian native, born and raised, italian is my first language. If you are looking for a traditional approach to language learning, i might not be the right person for you! I started teaching to friends first, which gave me the chance to have a honest feedback and to verify the results. I like to be personal, and adapt my style of teaching to the unique individual i have in front of me. I usually like to use movies and songs if that's a good fit for the student, or go through anything that might interest them, to keep the learning process fun and long term effective. I will always be available for conversation and help once we are done with the lessons .
As a native of Sicily, Italy, I bring a unique and authentic learning experience to my students. From beginners to advanced students I can bring a perspective not offered by many.

Hi there! My name is Luca, I’m Italian and I was born in Rome in a international family, since my mother is Polish and my father is Italian. This enabled me understanding other languages and being open minded with different cultures and opinions. I recently gained my Master’s Degree in Euro-American Languages and Literatures (LM-37) from the University of Rome Tor Vergata with the graduation of 110 out of 110 cum Laude. I will help you in improving your Italian or translating your texts from EN and PL to IT. Nice to meet you, Luca Pulejo.
My approach to teaching is very hands on, experience based. I've lived, toured (music) and worked in the US for about 20 years. I'm a native Italian with mixed North/South origin that spent his whole life up to mid twenties in Italy, and I have an extensive experience in different regional culture and expressions you will not find in textbooks. Grammar is also very important to me. My background in architecture and music allows me to approach teaching in a creative and relaxed way with great attention to details.
I'm an experienced italian-language professor. I worked many years in schools and also providing courses for adults, starting from any level of knowledge.
My method focuses on the student's needs, trying to develope a program that permits to learn and have fun doing it.
We're gonna use a big variety of study material: videos, movies, exercise that I created and games.
I believe that a relaxed environment is the best starting point for the successful learning of a language competence.
Lessons are mostly based on communication and interaction, using almost always italian language (and your native language if you need, especially for the grammar).
We will experience an immersion in the modern italian culture and discover together this fascinating world and its language.
Welcome to my world, I’m Emanuele, 22 years old guy from the north of Italy, I’d like to teach my language to foreign people. I’m passionate about sports, specially martial arts and soccer. Choose me, you will not be disappointed.
I usually start my lessons by providing an introduction of myself and then I ask questions about my students. Knowing each other is a good step to start a prof-stud relationship. After that, I try to understand the objectives and goals to be reached. Based on that, I will provide a lesson plan with all the information needed and lesson structures. I love supporting students in their path towards their goals.
I know all too well that awkward feeling when we begin to learn a language. The good news is that you will only get better and that depends on your commitment to learning and your professor. I've mastered five languages and I've done so because I know how to break down concepts and pronunciation in novel ways. With me, learning languages is fun — as it always should be. In class, I use music, videos, newspapers, grammar exercises, and pieces of literature to give you a well rounded entry into the language. Classes are always delivered in the target language, never in English: this is most effective method and closest to what it is like to be in a foreign country when you can't rely on English to get you by. Sign up and tell me about yourself and your language objectives. Looking forward!
Ciao! My name is Nathalie and I’m Italian native instructor. I strongly focus on the students's needs so I adapt my classes on their personal requirements. I am friendly, enthusiastic and patient and I always use multiple methods, I integrated my lessons with Italian songs and culture facts which help the learning process to be more funny and interesting. Learning a new language is an adventure and a challenge which requires time and efforts. Italian language is very rich, musical and charming and people get fascinating to start learning it. The complexity of the grammar is compensated by the simplicity of the pronunciation rules. By experience I found out how everyone can reach great results!
I'm Chiara, I was born in Italy but I travel the world, I've been in every continent so I have so many friends everywhere, I love meeting new people and make new connections. I'm very friendly and I really like to teach languages and the culture connected. With me you can have a fun and easy method to learn Italian or Spanish, or a professional method for business. I'm flexible and I can teach at any level so I am able to teach what my students need. Book my lessons and will never regret, maybe one day we will meet in person and you can talk to me italian fleuntly
I personally think the best way to learn a foreign language is by speaking it everyday through regular common conversations. Being supervised by someone who can tell you the right pronunciation and the correct sentence structure right away. In that way you can understand. Remember. And build solid knowledge. This is how I learned English from my personal experience.
Italian language has a “complex “ grammar so it’s important to have someone who knows about Grammatical and Logical Analysis.
Also someone with a proper vocabulary able to explain the meaning of the words also by giving you synonyms to make it easier.
I received my Ph.D. in Romance Languages from the University of Oregon, and I am currently studying fine art photography at Central Saint Martins, UAL. I have taught all levels of Italian language classes, Italian conversation, and culture, including Italian photography and cinema, survey courses in medieval, early modern, and contemporary Italian literature, and translation workshops. Furthermore, I teach using a communicative-based method, which centers on inductive ways of learning. My classrooms are student-centered; I structure my classes following learners' competencies and needs. I incorporate active learning techniques such as dramatization, art workshops, photography, blogs, comics, and role-playing to enable learners to gain full agency in the process of learning.
