I am Alessandra, born and raised in Italy. In 2015, after my university studies in Milan as a corporate language specialist, I moved to Perth, in Western Australia. There, I taught Italian to different group of adults. I planned, prepared and delivered lessons to small groups of adults. I was recognized for improving students' motivation and consistency in learning the Italian language, increasing the number of class attendants as well. That is when I started falling in love with teaching a new language! At the same time, Ive also taught Italian to studentsfrom year 6 to year 11 in different colleges. I organized and managed after school sessions for students who needed it. I came back to Italy in 2018 for a few months, where I taught English instead to various groups of adults.

I help students improvìing their language skills by using both formal exercises and techniques like role-playing or language games. I have a lot of experience in teaching Spanish and Italian especially to English native speakers in private academies and as a tutor. One of the things my students always tel me, is that my lessons are quite fun! The first thing I think about when I teach a language, is how can I make the student feel comfortable and at ease, because if I do so, the student will be more willing and ready to learn!
