Hello and introduction
If you want to learn Italian from an Italian native speaker, as well as an excellent knowledge of Spanish based in Naples, then join me.
There are three reasons why I can help you:
1) I have excellent empathy
2) Having learned Spanish, I can relate to the challenges a student faces.
3) My lessons are tailored to your personal interests and goals.
4) They are ideal taught for those who want to learn legal Italian or Spanish
The teaching method is based on the communicative and humanistic-affective approach that allow you to learn a new language by lowering the affective filter and any other emotional agent that can hinder the learning process.
In the last 6 years, I've had individual lessons with over 100 students from all over the world. I've acquired a very rich linguistic and multicultural experience that permits me to find the perfect approach to each individual person. I teach Italian online using new communication techniques and innovative methods of explanation of grammatical issues. All lessons are interesting and based on the language learning characteristics of the student. I've taught for a variety of personal and professional purposes including Italian for travelers, Italian for future students, Italian for business and work, as well as for artists and opera singers. I don't believe in the inability to learn a language. I think it just takes the correct approach.
Hello! My name is Giulia, I was born and I grew up in Italy, where I spent most of my life and where I completed my studies, including college, and I moved to the United States for good over 8 years ago. I have been teaching mostly French and Spanish full time, and ESL and Italian during the summer or on the side for tutoring. I really enjoy learning from my students while teaching them what they need and like to learn, about their background, their culture, their opinions if they want to share them, and their motivation for learning a language. I have a soft spot for grammar, which is not as obsolete and boring as it is commonly perceived, but I will hide it into more fun and interactive class activities when I teach. I also have a soft spot for conversation... in the target language!
I started learning languages since I was in primary school. English was my favorite subject! I was an eager learner! Then French and German in High School made me realize I wanted to deepen my knowledge in University. But first, I decide to move to the U K to improve my English. I really wanted to master the language, and that's what I did. Now, after years of studying and living abroad, my passion for languages has brought me to teach them, and that is my biggest achievement in life!!! I can guarantee I will transmit the same passion to you! Italian is my native language, I will transfer all my knowledge to you through a method of combining grammar with conversation, I will make it fun and easy to learn!

I started teaching Italian almost 20 years ago as a lecturer for Business and Legal Italian because it was suitable to my family life. I never stopped teaching after that. I have been working with college students and business people in Germany. In the US with adults and children. Classes are based on a textbook with videos and audio tracks and very much focused on speaking.

I firmly believe in the importance of communication in language teaching and learning. I am used to organize several conversational activities to my students in both private and group classes. My lessons are organized with an attention to every linguistic ability: exercises about terminology and grammar, but also conversational topics, phonetics activity, textual productions.
I have been a foreign language learner for a long time and for many foreign languages - and I still am, because it's never enoguh. I know the difficulties which a learner has to deal with and I don't take anything for granted in the gradual process of learning a new language.
I am a passionate teacher and foreign language lover. See you soon!

Hello everybody! Ciao a tutti!
My name is Giulia, I come from Italy and I am really easy-going, not too strict when it comes to grammar rules and all that famously boring part of language learning... My tricks and secrets rely on the fact that I have been a student not so long ago and I know what the struggles might be. My idea is therefore to let you, as my student, know my language (Italian language) and culture step by step and in a very outgoing way. We are going to listen to music, watch some movies, comment on them, and reflects on grammar, of course, but pragmatics of my language too.
At least, this is what I did with my former Italian language students in a college in the USA, and I believe my students loved it. And if they didn’t, their results were brilliant!!
