As an instructor in the Spanish language, I address the students in a theoretical and practical way, where they will learn from the beginning the basics of Spanish without affecting the time line of learning. From the beginning the classes will be flexible, adaptive and procedural; best of all is that they will not feel inhibited to speak in English if they prefer or according to the comfort of the student, with the desired frequency will begin to lead the entire class in Spanish, as a result of the study, patience and perseverance of the student and the instructor. On the other hand, the part of the gastronomy for the interested people, can be dictated in Spanish or English as they prefer and according to the needs that they have at that moment on this subject.
My english teacher had three rules:
- English
- Just english
- Only english
But I understand that some of my students don't know anything about the language, so it's up to them how much time do they want to spend the lesson in Spanish. I preffer to use most of the time.

My name is Lucy, I am 30 years old and I am a qualified language teacher. I specialize in Spanish, French and English language.
I moved to Barcelona when I was twelve years old and lived and worked there until the age of 24. Not only do I speak Spanish fluently but I also have a very high knowledge of colloquial Spanish and a perfect pronunciation.
I started learning French in 2015 after meeting my French partner. I am now also fluent in French and it is our main language spoken at home. I love teaching and I am a very patient teacher.
I am a mother of two, which gives me great experience teaching young children as well as adults.
I've been teaching different subjects since I was a high school student. But whenever it came to teaching Spanish, things could get really exciting and dynamic for both the students and the teacher, because it's pretty much like teaching a human brain to think with a different structure. Therefore, by understanding how English speakers communicate (word and sentence structure), I can induce the students to unconsciously start understanding Spanish structures as they speak and listen, from the very beginning. By using interesting exercises, they start using words and structures without even noticing it!

My methodology is different for each class, because I appreciate that every student has different goals and needs. I find conversation classes to be a great learning tool for advanced students, whereas beginners benefit more from a gradual introduction to Spanish phraseology. However, I never take a one-size-fits-all approach to my classes, so let me know what kind of class would suit you best so I can prepare a tailo
