Hello everybody! Ciao a tutti!
My name is Giulia, I come from Italy and I am really easy-going, not too strict when it comes to grammar rules and all that famously boring part of language learning... My tricks and secrets rely on the fact that I have been a student not so long ago and I know what the struggles might be. My idea is therefore to let you, as my student, know my language (Italian language) and culture step by step and in a very outgoing way. We are going to listen to music, watch some movies, comment on them, and reflects on grammar, of course, but pragmatics of my language too.
At least, this is what I did with my former Italian language students in a college in the USA, and I believe my students loved it. And if they didn’t, their results were brilliant!!

I love working with students of all ages, from teens to adults. I've taught English reading, writing, and speaking for over 20 years. I understand that different people learn languages differently, and I can offer many different ways to hold your attention and help you achieve mastery. I offer skills, creativity, and support to serve your goals. You'll find me easy to work with and flexible in my approach. I explain things clearly and will give you the feedback you need to succeed, whether it be in oral or written language, in academia or business, in preparing for exams or increasing your ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
As I mentioned before I teach using translation so you can understand better and see the comparision between a language and another; you will see the structure of the grammar having a bettter and complete idea of the target language. Speaking now about me, I am a very patience teacher with your needs, I always put attention to you and I am very relaxed and fun to make you feel comfortable and confident with the class and yourself. I am a native speaker of the Spanish language, experienced on teaching adults; I give tips, articles, videos and I focus on grammar and conversation so you can improve your pronunciation and writing. Hello! My name is Regan Campbell, and I am so excited to help you learn English!
I have a BS in Secondary English and a minor in English and Comparative Literature which I earned from the University of Cincinnati in 2018. During the summer of 2015, I was an Au Pair in Alicante, Spain, and taught two children English every day.
Teaching has always been a passion of mine, especially teaching English as a foreign language. The English language can be very tricky, but I am more than thrilled to help you learn how to properly use it!
My teaching style is very calm and laid back to a sense. I will never put you down or yell, but guide you along your journey with positivity instead.
I am willing to teach the fundamentals of English, conversational, reading & writing, and more!
My name is Madison and I'm a native English speaker. I can provide assistance by helping you learn conversationally and helping you write or self-edit your writing. I can provide alternative phrasing and help you gain clarity of your writing and English. My skills include different types of writing, including fiction, essay, creative, academic, and professional writing. I enjoy the craft, so I can help with this aspect as well if you've gotten the oral and auditory down. I can read to you if that helps as well.
I was once an adventurer who loved to learn about new places. As a result I have lived in three countries besides my own, the United States of America, where I learned to explain verbal tendencies different from English and Spanish, especially in pronunciation. I used my experience with learning another language to come back to the USA where I taught in Spanish for over 10 years. I have developed a number of skills to develop academic skills and conversational skills in both children and adults.
I find learning a new language through books or tapes can help some learn the vocabulary necessary to understand words. But it’s through conversation and discourse one truly learns fluency. When I teach, I look to help students to learn proper fluctuations and tones of emphasis when speaking. I feel this bolsters confidence and further exploration in their conversations. American English is very fluid and ever growing. Understanding colloquialisms and trends can be very helpful. These concepts can help learners to adapt quickly in the understanding of the person they are speaking with on any given topic.
I am a very easy person to get along with, so I do not come off as a very strict person when it comes to learning. Yes, I have strong working ethics and give it all I have when it comes to teaching English. Yet, I also make the experience a fun one at that. My experience teaching English as a language and literature runs about 12 years. I taught at two major high schools in Los Angeles (Gardena High and Hollywood High). So, students that choose me will get their money's worth since I am an educator with a vast background when teaching English.
I am also a huge speaker of Spanish. I grew up in Argentina when I was a child, so my Spanish is very fluent. When it comes to Spanish though, I can only teach conversational.
Anyway, my experience in teaching a language is quite an experience!
My name is Marina Carvalho and I consider myself a language enthusiastic. I studied Chinese for four years in University and besides being super challenging, it made me even more interested in language learning.
I spent one year in Beijing,China due to my University programe and while I was there, I gave English classes to chinese kids from 7 to 11 years old. It was an incredible experience that got me thinking about not only the translation/interpretation area, but also the teaching one (also to teach Chinese).
After finishing my BA, I signed up for a 120 hours TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) Masters Certificate, which I finished in December 2020.
I hope you can give me the amazing oportunity of helping you in improving your English level while having loads of fun !

Hi there! My name is Luca, I’m Italian and I was born in Rome in a international family, since my mother is Polish and my father is Italian. This enabled me understanding other languages and being open minded with different cultures and opinions. I recently gained my Master’s Degree in Euro-American Languages and Literatures (LM-37) from the University of Rome Tor Vergata with the graduation of 110 out of 110 cum Laude. I will help you in improving your Italian or translating your texts from EN and PL to IT. Nice to meet you, Luca Pulejo.
I am dedicated in ensuring that my students will have fun learning a new language. My classes will be a mix of task-based lessons ( activities, games, entertainment ) and a more planned structure ( grammatical lessons and exercices ). I believe every student has their own way of learning and I will make sure after our first lesson, I will know what suits you best and that you get the most out of our lessons. I feel it is important to feel comfortable and confident and not only will I be your teacher, but I will also be someone you can speak freely with.
