I do not have extensive professional or formal teaching experience, however, I have both studied and spoken the language in a variety of work and social settings. I feel my experience attending a boarding high school allowed me to converse with international Chinese speaking and Chinese native students, increasing my proficiency and ability to speak and converse. Hi! My name is Giulia, 25, I’m Italian and I have a master's degree in English and Chinese. During the pandemic, I obtained CEDILS certification (teaching Italian as a second language) and 120-Hour TESOL / TEFL Certificate. During the last five years, I have had the opportunity to teach students from various social backgrounds and different ages and I have found that one of the most effective ways to help students is through easily understandable and stimulating lessons that facilitate all learning styles. For this reason, I always try to integrate literature, cinema, music and much more to ensure that every student is able to understand concepts and language.
