Hi! Im a bilingual Hungarian-Serbian person with English as my third language. I read and write both latin and cyrillic. I live on the southeast of England with my family. Done 10+ years as a bilingual journalist and 5+ years as a translator - interpreter for an agency in the UK. Currently I'm a sales assistant and have my own studio for producing voice overs - so I never really left the marketing business. Happy to help and pass on some knowledge. I have a state diploma from Serbian and English both issued in Budapest back in 2004. Thank You for your interest and hope to work together discovering new ways of saying good things differently!

Lep pozdrav!
\I've been teaching Serbian for ten years, of which eight I teach online (on education-related sites) and Skype. My students are people of different ages, education, nationality (they come from Russia, Cuba, Peru, Burundi, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Qatar, Egypt, New Zealand, America, Kazakhstan, etc.) but also have different interests.
I believe that emotional engagement is the key to all-powerful learning. That is why I bring love, laugher, passion, and meaningful project work into my classroom. I always look for ways to personalize learning and engage the students’ imagination.
Welcome to the wonderful world of languages! My name is Nevena and I teach Serbian, Mandarin Chinese and English. As a native Serbian speaker, I want you to dive into the unknown and challenge yourself with learning this melodious and unique language. I also specalise in Chinese Studies as a masters student at Oxford University, so you may want to uncover the secret to successfully reading and writing those characters, understanding the lyrics of Chinese songs or interpreting business contracts. Furthermore, we can start from the beginning and tackle the most spoken language - English! Whatever you choose, I am eager to take you to a journey around the world: to the Balkans, Far East and English-speaking areas! Whether you are 10 or 110, are at basic or advanced level - welcome!
Teaching is one of my greatest passions! I am known as a "strict but fair and fun" teacher! :-) All of my students claim they never knew how entertaining learning can be, and how much they are actually able to learn! (I have references to prove these statements :-)). I am a native speaker of "Yugoslavian languages" with knowledge and experience of not only the language, but the culture as well, which is a significant factor in learning a language! As a long time language learner myself (I've studied Arabic, Turkish, Greek, German and English!), I know what are the key obstacles for learners, therefore my approach is practical and efficient. I create a custom made lesson plan for each student, depending on their needs, and I guarantee successful results! Book a trial lesson today!

My lessons will give you the chance to practice speaking fluency in a structured and organized class. You can start speaking real modern English so that you become more relaxed and confident when you need to speak. There's always a lot of speaking activities, discussions, and general interaction, so you can improve speaking fluency, grammar, pronunciation, and intonation.
Despite my age, I am a very passionate English teacher and in my lessons, you will definitely enjoy your English! I offer students learning opportunities that fit their individual needs and interests through various methods. Let's enjoy English together!
Mitch and I have traveled all over but this was by far one of the best vacations I have been on. Mitch will be writing you about future trips. Make sure Mitch books business class or first class in the future.- Roberta V // India
